What reward do I get for making a referral?
You’ll receive a $250 e-gift card or a $250 service credit for each approved referral.
Which plans are eligible for referral reward?
Only SecureRDP Business Plan and MSP Plan subscriptions are eligible. Basic and BitLocker-only plans are not included.
Who can participate in the TruGrid Referral Program?
The program is open to current TruGrid customers only. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of TruGrid are not eligible.
When do I receive my reward?
Rewards are delivered electronically within 30 days of the new customer’s first successful payment.
How will I receive my reward?
Rewards are delivered electronically to the email address on file. In case of a service credit, it will appear as an adjustment or be applied toward a future invoice.
Can I refer myself or my own company?
No. Self-referrals are not allowed. The referred company must be a new paying TruGrid customer.
What if more than one person refer the same company?
Only the first referral submission received by TruGrid will qualify for the reward.
Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?
You may refer multiple companies, but each referral must meet the eligibility requirements. Rewards may not be available where prohibited by law.
Are there any tax implications for my reward?
Referrers are responsible for any tax obligations related to rewards received.
Can I exchange or transfer my reward?
No. Rewards cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred to another person or account.
